The customer service here is not so good. I’ve been going here for months now but have started going elsewhere. There is no customer engagement, no “good morning” etc., if you have to wait they don’t say sorry for the wait. I pull up to the window and I’m greeted with a hand like a beggar begging for change. The line pitside was super long and they took for ever to give you the food. I figured it was taking a while because they were making my order fresh, NO... it was cold when I got it. This place is very disorganized.

Always terrible workers. Food takes forever. No process (handing out shake but no food for 10 mins). Forgetting items or whole orders.
