Ordered from the mobile app. Waited about 20 mins and no one came. Had to go inside and get my food. When I went in, employees were laughing and playing. My food was just sitting on the counter. They didn't even have the drinks ready. Not to mention, another person parked next to me never got their order. This is probably the best location I've ever been to. The people were polite, the order had to wait for fresh fries and they instructed me correctly. Everything was fresher and better than any other location I've been to. Kudos to the staff.

What a joke! This place is run by children who don’t do their job. I had a email receipt for my order. They couldn’t find my order so I showed them the emailed version. They refused to make it and once they finally did… they threw it at me without a word.
