First time experiencing Mellow Mushroom was in Atlanta and we were hooked with the Spinach Artichoke Dip, Pizza was good too. Fast Forward about 2 years later ? we stopped at this location and yet again had a great experience. Better than most pizza joints.
Mellow Mushroom is always good. We arrived about an hour before closing. Our server was very polite and friendly. We love this place because they are not your run of the mill pizzeria. They have very unique types of pizza. We got the Holy Shitake and it was great. It was near closing time when we finished but our server did not rush us out the door. She actually offered us a couple soft drinks to go. All in all a wonderful experience.

The only thing about the atmosphere in the restaurant is it is FREEZING in there!!! And we dine in there frequently and it's ALWAYS FREEZING in there. Not only are you uncomfortable because it's so cold, but your food gets cold so fast with the freezing cold air blowing on it. You can't eat it fast enough before it's stone cold. Everything else is wonderful...the food, the service, and the vibe is great. Just wish it wasn't inhumanly cold in there
