Very disappointed tonight ordered an order online to pick up got there after the pickup time and it wasn't even put together yet. Mind you I had ordered it over 30 minutes before I got there. I could have just went through the drive-thru and ordered it and not had to wait as long. One major complaint. On two separate occasions I have entered the restaurant to eat inside. As soon as I entered each time, the odor from the restrooms was so strong it almost made me want to leave and not dine in. It was absolutely horrible and such a disgusting turnoff to someone who is hungry. I made sure to sit far away from bathrooms but I could still smell. It took them 10-15 minutes to make my Cuban but when I bit into it , it was still cold. I got my sauce and you can tell it was not refrigerated at all. Not to mention the manager could barely understand me and didn’t know what I was saying, I had to say no pork 5 times for him to understand.
