In general the food at this restaurant is very good. However I just waited 50 minutes for a takeout order while sitting in the restaurant. The restaurant was not overly busy (several empty tables). I live nearby so I went in with the intention of being in and out. This is after I attempted to call the restaurant twice. Completely unacceptable, such poor service. I wasn’t even offered a water as I sat at the bar for nearly an hour.
This was my first time coming, and I must say that I am a critic when it comes to my grits.But I must say that the breakfast bowl with grits, eggs, cheese, and bacon crumbles was a great choice. The consistency was creamy and not gritty, and it was very flavorful.I did not have to doctor them up as I normally would have to at most places. Amanda you’re awesome! The food was delicious and fast. I love the mimosa flight my favorite pinapple! Defenitively Im going yo repeat! The breakfast tacos and the corn beef hash so tasty!
