Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience today. Until today, my experience has been pretty good. The food of course was good. However, the service was horrible. The female manager wouldn't acknowledge me nor speak. But she spoke to all the non black customers in the store. The male who took my order refused to help me with my app. He said customer service would not help me, and that it's my fault and I need to check my phone data. We arrived around 5 in the afternoon, and to receive the order, place it and collect it, it was the same person. Very friendly, despite the pending line.The restroom they offer are extremely dirty.

Anibal is awesome! Another subway forgot my sauce so I came into here and he got me taken care of. Amazing vibe, the people making your food either putting good energy or bad in there, these guys got you with the best.
