Ximena was a fantastic server and took care of us all evening - she allowed us to start relaxing as soon as we arrived and checked up on us frequently. We appreciated her and making our vacation that much more relaxing!

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Marco Island and enjoyed our meals and cocktails (esp. the Baja Shrimp Tacos) at the restaurant on property. Ximena’s poolside service was outstanding - friendly, thoughtful, and attentive - and she made us feel right at home.
