“Went here for Valentine’s Day and had a great time! The sushi here, especially the yellowtail, was some of the best sushi I have ever had. Their Pad Kee Mao and Thai tea were also top-notch. The owner of the restaurant was extremely kind.“
“Super fast, and huge portions. The chicken and rice with veggies was huge, definitely enough for two people. Not realizing this I had also ordered a bento. I wasn’t crazy about that one because I’m not a fan of that style fried dumplings (tasted like the Chinese fast food egg roll, which I’m not into ), and because I didn’t eat the bento until almost an hour later the salad that was drenched in sauce that was too strong/spicy/odd tasting was super soggy, so I didn’t eat that either. The 4 pieces of Cali roll was okay.I would just order a separate order of whatever sushi roll you like, along with your plate of choice instead of the bento , but that’s just me. I also had the fried shrimp roll, and that was ok also. The sushi rice didn’t taste like that sushi flavoring I like, but hey it wasn’t pricey, so can’t really complain. We enjoyed the chicken rice plate the best, and look forward to trying the other menu items. I enjoyed the white rice that was served with it also. I think next time I would ask if I can have the veggies cooked in water or steamed to cut down on the oil a bit (though they were tasty the way we got them, just thinking I should curb the fat a little lol).Service was fast and quick, they seem to have a lot of regulars. Great spot on the go!“
“Kouyou buffet stands out because of the wide selection of food they offer! From sushi and salad to hot foods and desserts, you’ll find yourself trying something new with every round. You have to try their hibachi section too where you can choose the ingredients and they will cook it in front of you! Finish the meal on a sweet note with their great dessert options: jelly, pudding, cakes, pastries, and ice cream. Go check them out!Instagram - @thesofloduo“
“First time being here and it did not disappoint. Such a cool environment and the staff were awesome. The food and drinks were on point! We did the bougie omakase experience and is was amazing! Each bite was unique and full of flavor. I would definitely go back again!!“
“Clara was amazing she was extremely nice and informative. I will definitely be back and suggest to my friends.Parking: In a plaza you can park anywhere.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly kids atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: Tables are far apart inside and there is a ramp for wheelchairs“
“This is by far, the BEST restaurant in the Davie/Plantation area. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over a year and all the food is so full of fresh flavors, generous portions and extremely friendly and attentive staff and management. The manager Tan always goes out of his way to accommodate every guest and makes everyone feel like a part of the family. The servers are attentive to detail, very warm and provide quality service! Best food on the menu: pineapple fried rice, red snapper, pad woo sen and of course the traditional pad Thai. The sushi is fresh, vibrant with a lot of variety and choices. The curry will have you coming back for more! You won’t regret a visit from this restaurant!“
“I love this place - you would never know it is vegetarian! It’s so delicious, I find myself craving to go there! The vibe is very calming, stylish pink & green decor, great servers. This is the numerous times for lunch and dinner and we’ve never been disappointed!“
“Everything here was delicious. My girlfriend and I discovered this place by just looking around and the reviews are accurate. Really good sushi, great service, and the tea was amazing. We will definitely be coming back this is our new sushi spot.“
“Wow, wow, and wow! Amazing and flavorful food that I haven't experienced to date in Thai cuisine! We ordered one of each of the servers' recommendations, and we are glad we did! We love to try new things, and everything we had tonight was new to us, and we loved it. We'd eat here every week if we lived around here. We can't recommend this restaurant enough if you like Thai!“
“We had the pleasure of dining at Tokyo Sushi, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the authentic sushi crafted by a master, a culinary journey that can only be savored in this establishment. Each piece was a testament to the finest traditions of sushi-making, using the freshest ingredients and showcasing the artistry of the sushi chef. But it wasn’t just the sushi and sashimi that impressed; the desserts and soups were equally gastronomic delights. For those seeking a genuine culinary adventure, Tokyo Sushi is a must-visit destination where you can savor all their bestselling creations. It’s an absolute must-visit for any food enthusiast, a true gastronomic masterpiece!“
“I came here for the first time today with my wife. We both enjoyed the food. I am vegan and was happy to see some good, healthy vegan options. We tried a few of the sauce options and all we're very tasty with excellent flavor. The food was great, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back again!“
“I had been wanting to try this place for some time now. It did not disappoint. The food was delicious! We started with a dozen oysters topped with citris yuzu, chili garlic oil, and fried shallots. They were really good! We also had some Pork Belly Adobo Bao Buns, which was also very good! My daughter had a Taro Milk tea with boba, and she loved it. We got an assortment of sushi, and they were all amazing. We also tried the Pancit, its Filipino style glass noodles, and we got it with shrimp. Also very tasty. I dont think you can go wrong with anything on this menu. My only knock is I told them it was my daughters birthday, and she acknowledged it but never did anything for her. It's not a big deal, but it would have been nice. I look forward to coming back and trying more things.“
“Enjoyed brunch on Saturday with friends. They offer great choices on their standard brunch menu & on the specialty menu. I had the Mad Max brunch item from their specialty brunch menu. It was amazing! The service was great too, thank you Cesar!“
“Absolutely the best Sushi in South Florida!!!! This small family owned restaurant exceeds on every level. Michele and I spent the evening speaking with the owners and chef, who were just welcoming and amazingly friendly!!!!! Thank you @otorosushibar for another great dining experience.“
“Taki Omakase is a hidden gem in a tiny strip shopping center in East Boca Raton. From the moment we were greeted at the door until the end of evening, we were treated as if we were the only guests there - so special and that is how every guest is treated. The sushi was superior, our chef explained every dish with passion and each course was fabulous! It's pricey but well worth it!“
“Ok, I'm here right now. Listen, it's a regular looking place. But it's simple and welcoming. The food is incredible! I usually order soft-shell crab but they didn't have it. No matter because it allowed me to try something else, which was the volcano chicken. My wife had her usual crispy duck with the same chilli sauce that my chicken came with. Outside of Thailand, this was the tastiest Thai food that I've ever had. That is all.“
“An absolute gem if you’re looking for delicious food with ocean view and great service. Our group started with the green papaya salad (excellent!), gyoza, beef jerky, and had a few of the entrees with tofu (including the best drunken noodles yet). Finished it up with mango sticky rice. A great experience all around and will definitely be back. Service was warm, friendly, and very attentive, we felt as if we were having dinner at our friends’ home, loved it!*****❤️“
“If you are seeking a culinary experience in Boca Raton look no further than sunset sushi. The Fish is flown in weekly from the Toyosu Fish Market in Japan and climate controlled. Edomae style with delicate vinegar rice and every seating offers a slightly different menu. For anyone that loves Sushi your life will not be complete until you try Sunset.“
“I've driven past this local for years, not knowing what treasure laid within. They have one of the largest selections of any Japanese restaurant I've visited in the States. A family owned vibe that seems to be getting rarer and rarer these days.“
“Place that tries to handle both Thai and Japanese food but struggles a bit with both. Have been here 2-3 times with family and has been mediocre each time - red curry, yaki soba, yaki udon and pad woon sen. Their pad kee mao is pretty good though.“
“if you haven't been to Naamah Sushi you are missing out. one of the best Sushi restaurants I have ever been to. Sushi that is unbelievably Fresh. The owner Naamah is warm, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend and eat here every chance I get !!“
“We loved the food so much, every dish we ordered was very delicious. The service was great our waiter was so nice, professional and friendly . His name is Gian B. I highly recommended this place. My family and I were very lucky in our last day in Florida .“
“Second time here (first time was in 2018). This time we brought a friend and got the stone crabs, fried rice, a few sushi rolls, and brownie for dessert. All of it was awesome. Great service and fun vibe. Will make it a point to come back here next time I'm in the area.“
“Unexpectedly good sushi! I enjoyed the 2 for 3 special to be able to sample multiple cilantro-free rolls. I tried the American Dream, Olympic Roll and Orange Dragon Roll and loved them equally! Thank you for the great service and suggestions, Arturo. If there is a negative I would say that the outdoor seating by the Dollar Tree is not ideal. I had 3+ people try to interact with me including one asking if I would eat all my food. No worries, though! You are close to the beach OR next to the CVS in the same parking lot is a little sanctuary you can enjoy your sushi!Dietary restrictions: I was able to get cilantro-free rolls!“
“Arrived in pairs around 8:30 p.m. Very friendly welcome. Listening service. Two rools, a New York and a Sozo.. Both sublime, and an assortment of sashimi of the chef's choice.. A pure delight! Original, refined. In the top. I highly recommend. We have already eaten fish of this quality with its refined mixtures, but in Japan… Thank you again ??“
“This place is delicious! The lunch special is very affordable and filling. I love that if you order it spicy it actually comes spicy. Our waitress was also super nice. The sticky rice was incredible, they actually had fresh delicious mango! I have a mango tree and it seemed like it came right from it.“
“We had such a wonderful experience, our server, George took the experience over the top, when he chose our dining experience with a variety of foods that he chose, I must say it was absolutely one of the best meals I’ve had in forever and experiences definitely be back“
“I was scrolling Google for something new for dinner. I can’t say enough about this restaurant from the food to the service. Reviews we accurate.Might be the best sushi ? I’ve ever had. We Started with the tuna lollipops and we all knew from that dish we were in for a treat. Nightly special roll was based around king crab and was amazing. Three other rolls were just as good. From the freshness to the presentation we could not ask for more. They cook with love and passion and each item showed that. We actually couldn’t pick a favorite roll they were all fantastic.A must go!!! You won’t be sorry.Great job Chef Dee !!!“
“You know the feeling when you enter a family-owned business and you're welcomed with a big smile by the owner? That's part of what makes this place a hidden gem. Unbeatable price and great taste makes this one of my favourite places to “
“Fisho has been my go-to for a few years now. The sushi is always great (try the rainbow roll with jalapeno!), the staff is super nice, prices are fair, and the service is top-notch. The restaurant is very small, so I don't recommend for dining in - takeout/delivery only.“
“This is a GREAT spot for very tasty Thai food. I had vegetable Pad Woon Sen and it was very 'clean' & fresh. This appeared to be a family business that gets repeat business from the locals. We saw lots of folks picking up their dinner for take home. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed conversation with staff.A great place to have a casual dinner with great food & service.“
“Finally tried this place after hearing about it for a while - and we.love it! Food is really good, fresh and creative. But the staff make this place - everyone is friendly and efficient - after just one visit, they recognized us when we came in! It’s become our favorite sushi place!“
“This is a fabulous restaurant…family owned…with family recipes …owners are very nice, professional, & interested in their clients food choices. But at the end of the day it was about the FOOD which was served beautifully and delicious….go to this restaurant…you will not be disappointed…Katherine “
“For a restaurant in a gas station, expectations might be low. However, the quality of the food is amazing, as you would expect in a stand alone restaurant, not even a regular pizza store. The salad is always crisp, sushi rolls are always fresh, and the coffee is strong and satisfying. Their menu is very varied with items that please kids, adults, picky eaters, vegans, and more.Standout items on the menu (for my family) are their French fries - always crisp and tasty, and their toasted caprice baguette with pesto, tomato, and fresh mozzarella cheese. The dessert offerings, baked in-house, vary but are always a delicious treat. The atmosphere is fairly impersonal with grey and red being the overall colors. If you are choosing to eat in the store, you're eating in a gas station store, although the restaurant area is tucked away in a corner so it doesn't feel like it.The family who owns the restaurant are sweet and genuine, always happy to accommodate requests. This is one of my favorite places to get food from.Dietary restrictions: Kosher, vegan, vegetarian, kids are all easily accommodated.Parking: 3 spaces immediately outside the store, more spaces to the side of the store. Never had to wait for a parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a disabled parking space immediately outside“
“Super happy I found this place.. After moving down to Boca from New York last year I have been searching for a good Chinese place. After a while I kind of just gave up looking because the majority of the Chinese spots down here are just sub par to put it nicely lol. Finally after a years search I stumbled across this place last week and couldn’t be happier. Best Chinese around by far and it’s not even close. Finally a place that has white meat chicken and not that weird brown chicken that makes you question whether it’s chicken or not !! Thank you boka fresh for having quality food that reminds me of home. Consider me a regular from here on out and best believe I will be telling everybody I know that lives here where to go when they want some good Chinese. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.“
“The perfect all around sushi restaurant in Boca, in my opinion. I think it’s like $30 to an all access buffet of high quality sushi, seafood, and a hot buffet with pretty decent options if you’re not a sushi person. Can get busy though so plan ahead a little.“
“My wife and my daughter were in the mood for sushi but one of our favorite spots was closed for lunch due to a big catering order. Upon looking for another spot, we saw this place with good reviews. We stopped by and were greeted with a friendly server who recommended the calamari as an appetizer and WOW. Some of the best we’ve ever had. The sushi we had was absolutely incredible. You can genuinely taste the freshness of the fish and the ingredients. We can’t wait to go back and explore the rest of the menu. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !“
“The service at Thai Curry is exceptional ? the staffs are so friendly and ensure that your having a great time, I love how they check in every second to ensure their customers having the satisfaction they need. The atmosphere is so wonderful and the food is so damn good I enjoyed my fried rice with shrimp ? it's the best I ever have .“
“Excelkent food and service., however insude tables were small snd noise levels high when busy. The cuviches were outstanding especially the trio and the skirt steaks perfectly prepared. I would definitely give this restaurant a high rating and-dine here again“
“Passing by Boca I stopped at Sushi Sake… what a wow factor. Mia is at the door ready to help me and she helped me pick a drink and an appetizer as well. She also made the drink, was my server and did the take out and all with a smile. What a delight. The drink was delicious and the Ceviche Roll (I am Peruvian) was outstanding. If you are in Boca I highly recommend you stop here. Great selection, great music, great decore and outstanding service!“
“The food is very authentic. Lived and worked in Japan for over 5 years - have been searching for something like this since I got to Miami. Definitely will be back. For those that like the Latin fusion version - they have those options as well.“
“Food is good although it is hit and miss I guess depending on the cooks on staff. The service needs improvement. I felt very rushed to pick my meals as the server told me they needed them for the other guest that was coming in. I thought that to be quite unprofessional as you should ensure to have enough menus for your restaurant. Then I ordered an appetizer that I always get. They gave me an extremely small amount my last visit and even did not add the avocado. When I made mention of this thr waitress told me it didn't come on it. I insisted it did and even showed her a previous picture I had taken on another visit there. Her excuse the previous chef "just didn't it." So not in a rush to return anytime soon if I decide to at all“
“Hands down one of the best food experiences I've had. My SIL decided to do the omakase experience on a whim while I was visiting her in south Florida and we were not disappointed. Though we arrived on time, the experience started about 45 minutes later and to be honest after starting and seeing the preparation and the interactions the sushi chefs and staff had with the guests I wasn't even bothered. They were fun, they explained everything and most of all they took their time to create in front of you. They created edible art and that takes time. The drinks were fantastic, strong but flavorful and complex. The sake shots provided as part of the dinner were fun. It felt both entirely intimate but also super friendly sitting at the bar with other guests. The meal consisted of nigiri. Each piece specially crafted, unique and completely complex. This is not a place where you just get sushi, this is an experience where the purpose is to truly taste what great seafood is. After the first bite we decided we had to come back again and try the extended "bougie" experience. Absolutely adored this place and my favorite place by far in south Florida!“
“Really enjoyed dinner here! Wonderful quality salmon belly sashimi and the spicy salmon roll was just right. The server was polite and was accommodating to my requests to the spicy salmon roll. My SO had the rock ‘n roll. It was just the right amount of crispy and savory!I would make reservations on busier nights just to be safe. The atmosphere is casual, but welcoming.“
“Bangkok Bistro surprisingly met my Asian taste even though I believe they don't have an Asian cook. I have been to Bangkok Bistro many times and ordered different dishes, I always like their food. This place has a good atmosphere to socialize, the noise is tolerable. Other than Thai food, they also serve sushi and ramen. I enjoyed spider Tom yum with crispy soft shell crab. I also like their whole snapper.Tonight I ordered Tom yum soup with shrimp and eggplant shrimp. Both dishes have perfectly cooked shrimp. Many other restaurants overcook their shrimp!Parking: Many spaces for parking“
“Absolutely delicious! Had one of my favorite dishes. Ramen pad Thai was one of the best pad Thais I ever had. The pink floyd roll is the best. This is definitely a new favorite and I'm very excited to see a restaurant that can still surprise you with a taste that's delicious but unexpected. I didn't take any photos of the other dish because as soon as a roll reached my taste buds it was game on. Staff was very friendly. You feel at home and you can tell everyone is in good spirits. Can't wait to come back!“
“I went with a party of 7 for lunch. All the food was delicious and the service attentive. BUT, 6 of our bills had additional fees which we weren't told of while ordering. The $22 dish of fish and vegetables in oyster sauce ended up costing $30 because, at the waiter's suggestion, we ordered it with corvina, not tilapia. The same up charge showed up in the fish soup too. One bill had an extra cocktail. When questioned when we saw the bill she said it's because we got the wild caught corvina instead of tilapia. Her response to our statement that she should have told us of the $8 fee per plate was that she could speak with the manager when he got there for the dinner hour.“
“Excellent all-you-can-eat buffet, fresh sushi made in front of us, Chinese dishes and a grill counter, arrived early so as not to wait long. Lomite time 1h30 to stay, table service to change plates and drinks ultra fast, clean places. To tryWheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking“
“Very nice cozy restaurant with good food and great service. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday there, and they saying happy birthday to her and gave her a choice of birthday dessert for free. Will definitely go back there again.Parking: 50 spaces or more in front of the plazaKid-friendliness: Seating was comfortable and the kids loved the Chicken fried rice. Our kids were 9 and 13.“
“Jasmine Thai & Sushi does have very good food which I highly recommend. The restaurant is also violating Florida Statute 501.0117 by charging a 4% surcharge for using a credit card to pay your bill. For those of you who are unaware (most people) this is against the law and cannot be done. The business has been notified of their infraction and hopefully your next visit will not include this surcharge. If it does, be sure to dispute the fee. This is a State law and applies to any business which regularly accepts credit cards as payment. Ensure that your local businesses aren’t committing crimes against you.“
