Was happy to see a very clean and well built subway near my hometown. Was not happy to see one of the managers, (Erica I believe) completely belittle an employee while he was making my sandwich. I stood their, mouth agape, as I saw her bark orders at a employee who was obviously new (the store has been open for less than a few months).
