The staff was polite, attentive, and actually all smiling while workng. Which is rare to see these days. I ordered a Castro Fidel dinner with a Mojito, it was magically delicious. I you have to take some time and look around at the decorations, it's like a time capsule of the owners life with that Cuban touch. I can’t wait to go back to try a few other dishes!

Went to have dinner with my family (5 people) as it was my birthday and made reservations at 6pm. We wanted outside because it was our first time and thought it was nice. The service was terrible and the food was average, but they had good mojitos. The waiter took time to come to our table to take our drinks. Once he got our drinks, he took the order. After taking our order the waiter just forgot completely about us. We needed refills and he never showed up until after 30 minutes when he brought our food. Then he disappeared again until we finished and asked for our check. What bothers me is that they include the 20% gratuity on your bill for parties of 5 and more so this gives the server the liberty to take care or not take care of his tables. No matter what, he will receive 20%. No management was seeing in the floor either. The food was alright, but we will never be back. We spent $169 (20% tip included with horrible service). Will not recommend this place either. I rather spend my money somewhere else where you feel like they really appreciate you.Update: I added the receipt so you can see that we went to El Ambia in Melbourne (you have the details in the receipt even the waiter’s name)
