Great food, service and atmosphere. It’s a bit noisy but still comfortable. We ordered the Ham and Gruyere Cheese Melt even though I don’t know what kind of cheese that is. It came hot and tasted good. So did the Cheese and Broccoli soup. We also got 1/2 Roast Beef and Havarti and Superfood Kale salad. We realized this food was actually delicious. Suzanne was an outstanding server. We are going back, and so should you.

Don't get me wrong, the food is delicious and they get it right everytime. But.. whoever is on the to-go needs to be better trained.. it has happened every single time I order from here that they forget the syrup or utensils. I even mark on the utensil section when ordering. I also put it in the special directions to include the utensils and syrup. The only reason I keep ordering from here is because the food is delicious. But please make sure the to-go gets correction.

We were there on a late Saturday morning and had about a 20 min wait, even though we joined the line virtually about 15 mins prior. The texting app is great to keep us informed of our status in line. Server was helpful at making recommendations and food was delish. Given the crowd it was a bit noisy but not too loud that we couldn’t hear each other. We enjoyed breakfast and paid using the QR code on the bill. Reminder to us to clarify eggs over easy is more runny than perhaps over medium… we forgot to ask.

I have eaten at this establishment four times. Great location and very nice atmosphere inside. Each of these times I’ve had basically the same experience. The waitstaff and kitchen look unhappy, and basically checked out. Hard to watch. Today’s server was the most pleasant one I have ever experienced there. No issue today with our server. He was great. I ordered the trifecta, eggs over medium and a waffle and bacon. Both of my eggs were completely broken with yolk all over my plate, all over the other food, the egg was runny didn’t even looked cooked let alone medium. Waffle was freezing cold and the bacon was overdone, cracked and cold. The other three meals I’ve had here were also served very cold. Butter won’t melt. Eggs and bacon all messed up. I can’t understand how a breakfast and brunch place can serve customers broken eggs, cold waffles/pancakes bacon that’s hard and cold? Our server offered to correct the situation by giving me a $5 coupon off my bill today and offered to replace my plate to go. However, I did decline as I didn’t want a breakfast to go I wanted to sit and have a nice meal. I will not be doing any more business there and i will share my experience with others. People work hard and times are tough and not everyone can go enjoy breakfast at this lovely establishment with their cool modern menu bc it does cost money. When such a cool place can’t get the basics right I can’t keep being a regular customer unfortunately. Ruined my day today. Wish I could love it here like most people do. Thank you for allowing me to share my feedback.

Pros:1. Overall, Food tasted great.2. Staff and Server were polite and accommodating.Cons:1. Tried the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Bowl and it was mostly tortilla chips with a very small amount of meat…very disappointing.2. $3.95 for black coffee is a crime. Coffee should be free.3. The water glasses are extremely scratched and should be replaced.4. The outside of the restaurant has trash from First Watch in the grassy area to the right.
