I went to the McDonald's I go to almost every morning and they told me that they were having Technical difficulties which happens, but they couldn't help me. So I went to the next closest one at 6420 N. Wickham Dr. The Cross street I believe is Jordan Blass Dr. The manager Robert Haddix told me he was having the same issue. Then he told me that if I could wait 3 min he had figured out the problem and fixed it, which he did. This manager needs to be recognized for his work ethic...read full review

Disappointed. Double points, told me I bever gave code. The very first thing I said. Told next window and 3 people asked me what happened, one person after another. Why I went on the window cuz I want fast service. Told them to forget it.Apparently , one of my co worker went there too and said code machine does not work...why lie or tell us b4 hand.

Food and service was awesome! It was hard to get close to the drive thru speaker as the truck was there and took up room so I could only get so close. I had to scream my order code(mobile order)for the lady to hear me.
