“We have been driving by this place for awhile now and keep mentioning that we ought to try it. So today we did. Very friendly service. They are very attentive about the coffee and iced tea refills. We had breakfast and it was good. My omelet was a very good size. This place has a very down home atmosphere. It looked very clean. Although we had breakfast, I saw some nice salads and sandwiches delivered to other tables. Parking in front is not easy but there are plenty of places around the back. The prices seem very reasonable.“
“Chicken Piccata was very good, but kind of salty... fish and chips... would have been much better, they really need to change fryer oil. (And have never seen fish and crinkle cut fries for chips). But didn't really matter, old oil taste made it unappetizing, and almost inedible. Wife ate one piece of the fish, and maybe 3 fries and couldn't go further.We were never checked back on by server/bartender.“
“My SO and I have been to a couple of other LH but this one is our favorite. Service is great. Servers are friendly. And my food came out in a timely manner. My steak was very good. A steak sauce would've been detrimental to the flavor. And the bartender makes an excellent long island. Thanks Kelly.“
“The service is excellent, the place always clean and lots of variety on food choices. Love everything there I have ever ordered. Excellent ham with pineapples, great gyros, excellent roast beef, hamburgers are huge and excellent, fries are crispy and hot, salads good, their specials are great, chicken and turkey are excellent, green beans, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and the desserts are to die for. Love the desserts!!!!“
“We put a late night order in for 6 people at 9:45 and they closed at 10pm. After a hangry family car ride from the beach we picked up all of our food less than 10 minutes later. The chef/kitchen staff let us know they were out of Brisket and made some quick substitutions for other things.The food was phenomenal, portion sizes were large and our whole car raved about what we had and how good it was.Thank you guys for accommodating us tonight, we will look you up again when we are back in town!“
“Nice out-of-the-way spot for lunch, and looks like it'd be a fun place after dark too, especially if you're a boat person. Has indoor, outdoor (small high tables and a long bar top), and porch/sunroom seating, so you can really dial in exactly how much local weather you want to enjoy. Full bar, plus (I was told, but didn't see) a substantial beer bottle/can selection. Went as a group of 4 for late lunch on a Saturday, first time visitors all. The place was quiet, not very busy. Everything was very clean. Waiter was terrific; very patient, friendly and accommodating, and knowledgeable of the menu, had good suggestions. We got meatloaf sandwich (our waiter suggested this, would totally order again), Cobb salad, and grilled mahi sandwich, plus some Bloody Marys. Everything tasted excellent. Watched some boats come and go and enjoyed the breeze. We'll be back!“
“I enjoyed the most delicious grouper sandwich ever! The breading is perfect! Homemade sauces are what really makes this place stand out. Onion rings are really good also. What could be better than this? The customer service! Grace was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed have a wonderful lunch outdoors on the waterfront patio. This place is a ? gem. I highly recommend dining here. You won’t be disappointed.“
“There are so many seafood places in the area we didn't have a lot of faith for a chain restraunt especially right before closing, but we were feeling like just a nice clean place to sit and recoup after a very sad day.. WELL! We were so amazingly surprised. The food was fresh and delicious, but most of all the woman who served us was an ANGEL. Nam is probably the most kind, compassionate and joyful human being we could have met. She turned our entire night around by talking and sharing beautiful stories. She was quick with our food and to take extra care of us she sent us off with some of the last batch of biscuits for the night. That incredible human being made our bad day turn around and we couldn't be more impressed. 10/10 will be back if traveling through that way again. Who ever hired Nam, you have great taste!“

“One of my brand new favorite places to sit down and eat. Let me tell you not only was the food great but the service from Brittany (girl with pretty green eyes!) was outstanding. Even when we wasn’t happy with the entire meal she took it back and fixed it all with a big smile on her face. You can not find service like this anymore! Love love this place. Thank you again! “Hadn't been to a Steak 'n Shake for quite a while. You now have to order on a touch screen and use a ticket to fill your pop. It would have been frustrating if the manager had no been so helpful. Portions were large and good, so you wouldn't go hungry!“
“The Merritt Island front end/kitchen staff work so hard all the way up until their late closing. I admire their attitudes, it's not easy working with the public. I saw some customers showing their worst behavior last night and the staff handled it like professionals.“
“Absolutely love this place!! the vibe & the atmosphere are amazing! Their food is fine! But we visited last week and they have changed their drink and food to table service rather than just grabbing what you want inside & then finding a seat. I preferred it the old way but still love this place.“
