“One of my brand new favorite places to sit down and eat. Let me tell you not only was the food great but the service from Brittany (girl with pretty green eyes!) was outstanding. Even when we wasn’t happy with the entire meal she took it back and fixed it all with a big smile on her face. You can not find service like this anymore! Love love this place. Thank you again! “Hadn't been to a Steak 'n Shake for quite a while. You now have to order on a touch screen and use a ticket to fill your pop. It would have been frustrating if the manager had no been so helpful. Portions were large and good, so you wouldn't go hungry!“
“I am a frequent flyer at the checkers in Merritt Island usually eat two to three times a week At this I usually only go in the evenings and the staff that works the evening shift are absolutely awesome. They always have my order correct in a very timely manner. You would never know if they are having a bad day or if it was overwhelming because they always are very professional and I highly recommend this location to anybody and everybody!“
“Never ever had a Guava burger and this one did not disappoint! I've had the fried chicken sandwich which is HUGE. The sweet potato fries are great too. We have tried the bacon burger as well. I like that they are open later. The waitresses are very sweet and attentive. Bring a jacket if you tend to be cold.“
