“Hadn't been to a Steak 'n Shake for quite a while. You now have to order on a touch screen and use a ticket to fill your pop. It would have been frustrating if the manager had no been so helpful. Portions were large and good, so you wouldn't go hungry!“

They always have my order correct in a very timely manner. You would never know if they are having a bad day or if it was overwhelming because they always are very professional and I highly recommend this location to anybody and everybody!“

“Usually have great service but because of a lack of hearing on workers part a sub was made incorrectly with onions and peppers when staff was told there's a big onion allergy and please scrap the grill the cook didn't scrap grill and put onions on the food.the cook got very unprofessional by most employers standards. But I guess cussing out guests is ok by the new owners standards.“
