Although they did not appear to be busy, it took awhile for someone to greet us to be seated. The service started out well, but was poor after the taking of the alcoholic drink order. The waitress never came back for our dinner drink order, or to check on us after the dinners were served. As always, the food preparation was excellent. It saved the evening from being a major disappointment.
There are so many seafood places in the area we didn't have a lot of faith for a chain restraunt especially right before closing, but we were feeling like just a nice clean place to sit and recoup after a very sad day.. WELL! We were so amazingly surprised. The food was fresh and delicious, but most of all the woman who served us was an ANGEL. Made inline reservation but on arrival was told those aren't honored. Waited 30 minutes on a slow evening for a table. Waitress was friendly but food was delivered cold missing sides from 5 of 6 orders. Had to wait for those for 10 minutes after food delivery. This location used to be pretty good but seems to have lost a lot of focus.
