“TL;DR: Pretty standard beach-front breakfast place. Server was super attentive. Food was great.Specific Foods:French Ham & Cheese Croissant: 8.0/10Cafe Con Leche French Toast: 7.0/10General Wait Time for 1/2 dishes: 20-30 minGeneral Comments: I don’t really understand why they are called “News” Cafe aside from branding.“
“The place is small, its beautiful bar and the tasting lasts 3 hours and the dishes are small but with incredible flavors, the attention of the waiters is impeccable. I give a very special thank you to Ramon Atencio for his service and the wine recommendation, which was spectacular.“
“Great experience! First time in Miami Beach and this place had a great location, great food (salmon and chicken parm was awesome), and a totally awesome happy hour! Our waiter Ismael made sure we had everything we needed! Ask for Ismael and enjoy a great atmosphere and food!“
“Nice atmosphere m, staff was great, and food was delicious. The mimosa was as big as my head.. lol However, it was $19. I wish there would have been a smaller size option as I have a very small stomach due to weight loss surgery. With the $19 mimosa I also got a coffee, eggs with cheese and bacon with a bagel to go for my friend. With tip the bill was $60. Now I realize I’m in South Beach, but I think that is a little excessive for breakfast. Lunch and dinner I understand.“
“Perfect restaurant that offers a great variety of food with affordable prices. My boyfriend wanted cuban food and I wanted seafood. Their mashed potatoes in their ocean grill plate was the best mashed potatoes I’ve ate! Their daiquiri was huge and so good! The chef himself brought us our plates and they even gave us shots for free when we were done eating :) the waitresses were really nice and friendly! Cute pink lighting.“
“Cafe Americano is a South Beach gem! The food here is delicious, with a menu that will satisfy anyone's cravings. The Ocean Drive location sets the perfect Miami Beach vibe. To top it off, our server Claudia provided exceptional service. I'll definitely be back!“
“I was in Miami last month, and I must say a nice experience, one of the positive notes was the pizza at Mango's tropical café, really high level pizza. I congratulate the pizza chef Pasquale from Naples even though it is Miami quality pizza ???? ??????“
“In my 10+ visits, I have never had a bad plate or cocktail at Sweet Liberty but only have so much room here to write. Instead, I will give you my only grievance. My daughter had the Korean Short Ribs and will not stop talking about them. Honestly, she is pushing towards therapy requiring obsession "This sushi doesn't taste good anymore now that I have had the Korean Spare Ribs" "When can we go back to Sweet Liberty to get the Korean Spare Ribs?...Tomorrow?" (We left 5 Hours ago)"My child has found the joy of discovering a dish that tastes so perfect it redefines the other foods you thought you loved.Oh yeah, and the locally made cheesecake is really good and was damn near a quarter of the pie...Kid-friendliness: Kids there all the time (when appropriate) the staff is great with children of all ages.“
“This place was excellent!! The food was surprisingly scrumptious, portions were really good, & to Top it off it was Happy Hour so the Drinks & certain foods on the menu Discounted ? Big Shout out to RONY HE WAS VERY PLEASANT & Saved us money!! Top Man!!“
“Orange Blossom was our place for breakfast every morning (in agreement with our hotel) and the truth is that it did not disappoint even once. Everything was delicious, the avocado toast, the yogurt with honey, granola and red berries (brutal), the bagel with fried egg, the pancakes... everything! Another night we also went for dinner and we also liked it, I ordered the Grilled Baby Romaine with fries and the shrimp tempura and everything was exquisite. The portions are large and the service good. The atmosphere is super cozy, especially in the interior patio and the unbeatable location next to our hotel and a few meters from the Miami Beach beach. I would repeat :)Vegetarian options: many options for vegetarians and all very tasty and varied“
“This is my second time here . Just give you 5 stars because manager Ishan fix all this situation. Great manager, great hostes . Good food and so good atmosphere. Service have to be better but some servers don’t care . Or looks like . I was waiting my food so long time and manager apologized and gave me complimentary Mimosa. He know how do his job . Great manager . Thank you . One more time : He did a great job!“
“Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. The lifeguard is about 1 block from Miami Beach and has everything you might want for your morning breakfast, including 4 different types of danishes, fresh fruit smoothies, and an incredible coffee & tea menu.“
“I went for brunch with my husband, and I must say it was amazing , delicious food, the service was simply five star , the manager was very attentive, our server just a delight , and the place is very pretty . I recommend Yardbird as a must “
“I came with my family and I’m vegan. Reni was very helpful and informative about the kitchen’s practices - the fryer is shared - and pointed out what I could eat. I had the hammock salad and the chilled watermelon. The salad was quite large (yay) and the chilled watermelon was so good I drank the juice at the bottom of the bowl. Will definitely come back when in town.Vegetarian options: Hammock salad. Chilled watermelon.“
“An amazing gem of a restaurant with great food, service, and ambiance. If I lived closer this would be a regular spot, for sure. Their plates are incredible, like the actual plates, and the food on top of them was delicious. Definitely recommend for a fun, casual, enjoyable meal with friends.“
“It was our first time and the staff was quite attentive to our needs. I tried the Curry Chicken ( never had Curry before ) it was highly recommended and was delicious , A nice eclectic place, can’t wait to go back! Parking a bit tricky but we were patient and got a place.“
“The service and food were amazing! We are vegan and appreciated the large vegan selection including the plant based Daring kebab. Also, our server, Sebastian, was especially great and very hospitable to us and our dog. We highly recommend this restaurant!Vegetarian options: Many tasty vegetarian / vegan options available. The Brussel sprouts were delicious. Also the hummus and the daring chicken kebab.“
“There was nothing left to wish for! We made a reservation because we saw it was close to our hotel and then we read some good reviews. What great food! We will definitely go again and again when we return to Miami Beach! This is a must for food lovers ☺️“
“I had the Spanish style ground beef with rice and black beans as a main. We had ham croquettes and a beef pie and a chicken pie to share for starters. It was ALL absolutely delicious. I would recommend anyone to go here for some good Cuban food. While the place itself looks basic, the food and service was amazing.“
“Simple food and simple menu, 24-hour breakfast options as we all know this brand. We sat outside as inside, which was a full bit of enjoying Miami Brach, south warm temperatures. Manager, new server ND his trainer all were excellent and we enjoyed the food except blacken Salman was extremely salty after asking the manager he said that it comes fresh but seams like a can produce, so this salmon in Blackrn salmon pasta I will not recommend but all other items ordered were good.“
“Dined at the social for brunch, excellent service from Celeste who was our server! The frozen drinks were very big and nice for the hot weather. Definitely recommend this place and Celeste.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible to the sidewalk part of the restaurant.“
“A comfy spot to enjoy great drinks, amazing food, and people watch on Collins Avenue. Marisol made us feel at home and was super attentive. This will be a regular stop on our future trips to Miami.Vegetarian options: The hummus is a definite recommend!“
“Super delicious food. We had something super unhealthy and something very healthy and both were great! The waitress Rosa was very friendly and accommodating. Coffee is also very good.Unfortunately a minus point for the extreme volume and the loud music. But again at any time.“
“In miami beach for the week on vacation. passed this place during lunch time and it was busy so we decided to go there for dinner. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great. I had the mahi mahi which was delicious!! I little overpriced but too be expected for a popular travel destination.“
“I had to make a few adjustments to the reservation and called the restaurant and they had no problems in changing things around. I showed up and table was ready when we got there. Food was very delicious and priced right. They even had a show with people dancing around with bubbles and a sparkling show. Shots were giving free to us. Made us feel very exclusive. Definitely would recommend for brunch.“
“We ate dinner here. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Chicken Marsala. The burger my son in law ordered was huge! I intended to watch him attempt to eat it, but after my first bite, all my attention was on my own meal. Generous portions and Igor was the sweetest host. I would 100% eat there again-and will, when we visit Miami Beach again. My only concern is that the restaurant is a bit hard to find. It’s inside a hotel, and there’s no sign directing you to the location. A place such as this needs exposure! Thanks so much, Igor, and good luck to you and your partners.“
“The place has a Scarface theme & it’s at The Colony Hotel where the chainsaw scene was filmed.Very nice menu. Great cocktails & fab service. Typical South Beach prices. We were 4 people with 2 checks. 5 cocktails per couple and our bills with 18% gratuity included were about $200 per couple. We both had beef empanada’s . I have the Tony Montana Burger which is a chicken sandwich. My other half has Huevos Rancheros with chorizo. The other couple also shared beef empanada’s. They had The Tony Montana Breakfast & the steak & eggs. See pics for descriptions. We had a great time. Very cool place all around. I think we will be back!!!“
“If you're going to ask a paying customer what they would like do them the courtesy of bringing that. And when you go back to see how things were if they were not as the customer expected, don't just say "oh" and walk away. Ask something along the lines of how can I make it better? And and leave the attitude at home“
“The service at the bar was excellent, the waitress Raquel was very friendly and attentive.Food & drinks: The delicious food and the drinks were a spectacle, especially the strawberry and passion fruit margaritas, the very good service from the girl who served us at the restaurant, Raquel, very friendly and attentive.“
“The place is very beautiful and warm, it was a great night yesterday with my friends. The Burger 27 with fries were excellent. Juan and Aldo were Juan and Aldo were absolutely on top of every detail, very prompt and attentive, I appreciate it.The next time I will ask for “Lasgana” that my friend ate because it was awesome too.“
“WOW! This place is AMAZING!!!! Thankyou so much to our servers and our bartenders Maria and Antonella! They were beyond kind and are by far the best on south beach. Located right at the end of ocean drive you cannot miss it!! This place is like the fountain of YOUTH! As soon as you walk in your skin glows a little brighter, your mind feels sharper, and you look a lil slimmer ?“
“Excellent place to eat!! Xena was our server! Upbeat and great bedside manner! The food was insane! The menu was huge and the food was HUGE! It isn’t called the big pink for nothing! The sandwich I ordered was almost the size of my head and under $20!! Also have fishbowl drinks if you’re looking for evening fun!“
“We had the oysters, the red snapper, the branzino, and the rice pilaf on the side. Absolutely beautiful inside with a lovely outdoor space overlooking a pool. The food was fresh and delicious and good size portions. They also make a mean dirty martini. Definitely would come back and try their other dishes!“
“We eat at Oliver's often. Love it. But now they add 20% service charge to the check and it's ridiculous. We always take care of our server (Manuel will agree!) and now not sure we'll be back as often. Too bad when a local place rips off local customers and screws over their loyal staff.“
“My recent visit to the locust was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was fabulous, ranging from the appetizer of nachos to the burgers and steaks. However, the only downside I found was the limited dessert options available on the menu. One of the highlights of our dining experience was the exceptional service provided by Paula. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with warmth and friendliness. Not only did she provide us with excellent recommendations on food, but she also shared valuable insights about Miami. What impressed me the most was how she attentively listened to my daughter's picky eating preferences and ensured that everything on the table was prepared exactly to her liking.Paula's dedication to ensuring our satisfaction made this one of the best service experiences we have had at a casual restaurant. Our evening was truly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning before heading home and on our next visit to Miami.Overall, locust offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and exceptional service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Miami. We will definitely be back!“
“Ate at Bar Collins twice while I was staying at Loews Miami. The first time I had the Waygu Burger. It was pretty big and was a bit messy. Asked for it medium well, but it was cooked much closer to medium or even medium rare. Had a lot of flavor, but wouldn't have ordered it again. Maybe not worth the price. The second meal I had was the Pizza Blanco with the Mediterranean Olives Appetizer. This entire meal was excellent! The olives came in a mixture of oil and cashew's. One of the tastiest appetizers I've ever ordered! And the Pizza... Wow! So good! This meal would have me coming back for more!“
“This is the dog park of this beach. For a dog beach it's fairly clean and not too overcrowded. The waves were strong today and huge. Lots of wind and lots of friendly dogs. Once you get to the park based off the gps make sure you know that you have to keep driving down to lot 3 and 4 that's the entrance if you want to go to the dog side.“
“We stayed next door and came here every morning for breakfast for a week, because every single meal on the menu is healthy, delicious and served in a timely manner. Coffee is amazing and by looking at the brands of ingredients used there I can say that they don’t cut costs on quality.“
“The service was amazing and the food and coffee hit the spot. It tastes better than it looks for sure! I was surprised by the quality of the coffee considering this place is known for their egg sandwiches mainly. My only complaint is this weird smell inside that I just couldn't get past.“
“It has become my favorite Steak Spot in S. Beach The service and food are top notch. Prices are totally fare and we'll worth it. The owners and staff are very friendly and hilarious.. I totally recommend you come here and trust me you will be satisfied!!!“
“This is the Bird Cage Restaurant. The hotel above it is the facade used in the movie. The wait staff have tshirts with Nathan Lane on the so quite nostalgic. Went for Sunday lunch before a cruise with luggage in tow, no problem.Had the salmon with quinoa salad. Salmon was nicely seared with a bit of crunch. The salad was very tasty as well. It was great to sit outside for lunch in the middle of December.Margarita was very good.Neat place would go back.“
“Art Basel Miami is an incredibly significant art event, not only in the art world but also for shaping the city's image and boosting local business. Packed with a multitude of captivating events, I highly recommend it for anyone seeking an enriching experience.“
“The food is excellent ?, the ambiance and atmosphere are great! But the service is NOT Great! 1st, we found the napkin dirty with stain, then we asked for a change. After that, we ordered a bottle of wine, the server brought dirty glass with it, u could see the dried orange pulp in the glass. Lack of attention to detail. 20% service charge is automatically there, they should have paid attention to detail for the service if they charge 20% of service charge, at least the basic one.“
“Enjoyed the experience, despite! it being very expensive. Eggs Benedict with breakfast potatoes all tasted delicious. Poached eggs were a little overcooked! but the waitress was keen to make things better for us and offered some very tasty donuts on the house, which really did the trick!“
“Good hotel restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised. They serve the food at the hotel's rooftop pool as well.Cocktails are solid and their club sandwich was pretty good and generous, there's enough food for 2.I recommend in the area for something good and reasonably priced“
“Everything was perfect, delicious breakfast, nice service and hotel is really pretty. The price is also an asset.Kid-friendliness: The waiters integrated our 3 year old and gave her service like a grown up, which improved the overall experience.“
“Excellent food, excellent chef. Nothing in excess, just the great taste and seasoning. Our waitress was very nice and fast; she helped us on making the best choices. The place was clean, with comfortable furniture, American style. There were several TVs showing wrestling, but there were no noise; the customers enjoyed the fighting without screaming, everyone was having a good time. I loved Yard House, from today I will be a regular. Just come and see! ?Vegetarian options: Just ask what you want“
“Jorge the manager went above and beyond for a special request I had. Jorge took the time to speak with me regarding my annoying and very particular requests and was so patient - his willingness to help a total stranger left such an impact. I had the most amazing experience at TBS - great ambiance, drinks, and service. Andi my waiter was also amazing - he was so helpful with my request and had a great vibe and energy! Excellent spot, highly recommend. A true Miami Beach gem.“
“From the moment I stepped into Taste Cafe, I knew I was in for a treat. The vibe is just perfect - a blend of that cool sidewalk café feel with a touch of sophistication. It's not just the ambiance that's captivating; the staff make you feel like a VIP from the get-go. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, they have a way of making every visit special. The menu is a dream come true for someone who loves to customize their meals. Whether it's a wrap, a bowl, or one of their all-day breakfast options, everything is fresh, vibrant, and downright delicious. The coffee? Simply amazing. It's the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer, whether you're catching up with a friend on the outdoor patio or just enjoying some me-time with their free Wi-Fi.Taste Cafe isn't just a café; it's a destination. A place where food meets passion, and where every visit feels like a mini vacation. Whether you're a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and experience the magic of Taste Cafe. Trust me, you'll be planning your next visit before you even leave!“
“Iconic, Beautiful, Outstanding. This was a beautiful experience, food was great. Service was outstanding, and the restaurant is just Iconic, this is about my 3rd time coming here, and it never fails. Joe’s definitely has a reputation for quality and consistency. We came here become my Cousin came into town and we wanted to celebrate, we drove over an hour. And boy are we glad we made the trip. As soon as we got there you get the views of the restaurant and outside seating area. When you walk in you are greeted with a bar you can sit at before your reservation is up. A little to the right of the entrance is the line and doors to get into the restaurant, there as soon as you walk in you see the Host, and his microphone where he will call like an auctioneer when they open at 5 o’clock. I truly, truly, truly, respect the effort that has gone into this restaurant and every little bit and piece. Ok I know what you’re waiting for, how’s the food?!? Well the food was outstanding, I belong to a family that likes to go all out with appetizers. So we ordered 2 orders of the Baked Clams or “Stuffies” each order came with 3 and we were a party of 6 so it worked out well. However we only ate 4, but rest assured we took the other 2 home. To pair with the Baked Clams we got Fried Calamari, and Conch Fritters, the Calamari was truly amazing. Some of the best I’ve ever had. And the conch fritters were great but they aren’t something I would order again since I want to save room for all the other amazing things on this menu. So we finished our appetizer with a lot left, but of course we took it all home. Now comes the real meal, Dinner! I personally ordered the Twin Lobster tails which are 2 beautiful 6oz tails, broiled and cooked to that red perfection. Another member of my party ordered the Filet Mignon, which was great, but I recommend you stay away from the meats and poultry besides the Fried Chicken, as seafood is the specialty here. Now the Fried Chicken, boy was it finger-licking good, that did not go untouched at our table it was destroyed within minutes. And finally, what everyone has been waiting for, the Stone Crabs, we ordered 3 orders of the Large, which came with 5 claws each for a total of 15 claws. These were delicious, the mustard sauce pairs extremely well, but I personally am a butter guy, always have been, always will. 9.5/10 do recommend. And for the boring part, Dessert. Normally I do not order dessert as I already eat so much for dinner, but I made an exception for the Famous Apple Pie, this isn’t a Apple Pie at all, this is a Apple mess, because it’s so good you’re going to tear it up.TLDR: Joe’s is a fine establishment worth visiting, please, please, please order the Seafood when dining. It is their specialty, so give it a chance even if you don’t like seafood.Vegetarian options: Lot of vegetables, salads, and soups.Dietary restrictions: They have everything there, no one specific category.Parking: Across the way from Joe’s is a free restaurant only parking lot, it does take a lot of luck to get their early enough to get a spot, but if you don’t there is always the Valet.Kid-friendliness: Good kid friendly options.Wheelchair accessibility: Lot of space for wheelchairs.“
