I go to this superb restaurant once a month since I enjoy the ambiance that is unique to this restaurant. The team is exceptionally helpful and experienced. The service is extraordinarily quick. Most important, the food you get is perfect. I visited many times and I was always delighted. The price is modest. I suggest this restaurant to to all.

I love Jamaican food. My New York roots and year living in Kingston require that I get a fix every now and again. This is a small mom and pop place that offers those popular dishes you crave. The roti is really good as is the curry chicken. Some days are hit or miss, which is what happens with smaller operations. They don't make Jamaican patties, either. I love this place. Chokas is one of the best Caribbean's spots I ever ate at. I come here often mainly for the curry goat. The way that they cook their curry is just fantastic. Customer service is top notch, I'm very impressed with the cleanliness. The restaurant's immaculate if you want some authentic Caribbean cuisine I would highly encourage you to come to Chokas. I've lived in Jamaica for over 15 months and I'm familiar with the cuisine. I highly recommend them!
