We tried three other restaurants at the resort before experiencing Hakkasan. First of all I would like to share how pleasant and knowledgeable Elodie was. We placed our order from her recommendations and I have to say everything was perfect. The soups dumplings and entrees were all enjoyed. located inside the Fountain bleu Hotel & It is a nice walk up. Dont forget to grab gelato on the way in or out. Great atmosphere and dark lighting. The fire alarm went off but the strob lights effect added to the fun. We liked them The food was over hyped compared to La Tao but still good and the drinks were yummy. We had the meat dim sum platter (8 total) and spicy chicken +shrimp fried rice. Very filling and taste good. Attentive staff and it feels luxury

Wow, it was a great experience with the staff. The service was terrific too. Every year before leaving for home, we have dinner here (fourth year). That should tell you something! -Eddie & Sharon Chesapeake, VA.
