“We went to this hotel restaurant 2 days in a row last time in Miami. So of course we had to go there again this time. The food and service was as amazing as we remembered. Especially the popovers! We introduced those to our friends and they loved it too. The place itself is classy and elegant, and the price is rather reasonable! This is one of the few places that we feel the 20% mandatory tip is totally worthwhile. We will sure go there again next time when we are in Miami.“

“Specialties not on the menu: American A5 Wagyu with scallops, lobster tail, lump crab meat with white truffle and hollandaise sauce. We also ordered the Truffle Twice Baked Potatoes with truffle slices and the Fried Green Tomatoes with Pimento Cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. I could have done without the stale orchid, but it was a nice touch. Needless to say, I’ve had enough truffles this year (just kidding)“
“I made a reservation for my boyfriends birthday. Everyone made him feel very welcome. The place was beautiful. There are beautiful wood floors and leather seats. We got monkey bread with butter and fresh grated cheese to start. It was delicious! He got a châteaubriand which was a 20oz steak. I got a filet mignon I think it was 6 Oz. Anyway they are wood fired, amazing flavor! We also got mashed potatoes with trufflebutter gravy. I loved them, he didn't really care for truffle butter. Anyway, go check them out. Janine was out server, she was very knowledgeable. She did a great job being attentive and catering to our needs without us having to say a word. “The only reason I'm giving this hotel two stars it's because of one of their employees She is the only reason that I am giving it such a high rating. I decided to go there because of my birthday it was gonna be a wonderful, relaxing experience by the beach. However, shortly after arriving, apparently the battery on my fire detector went out so everyone minute the fire detector would make a screeching, eyepatch noise. Contacted the front desk several times over at 4 to 5 hour. Trying to get this resolved. Could not get any assistance. They had no solution to take care of this. And would not move me to another room. Apparently there was no maintenance and staff at night. I don't think the manager was ever called or if he was, he provided them with no solution. And they had no replacement batteries on site. Initially, the front desk representative would not even provide me with a ladder or steptool to take out the defective battery. Even though I offered to do the replacement myself, I seem to not get any assistance until the overnight person came on site. She was able to provide me with a stool. And in the middle of the night, I was able to find a store to go out and purchase a battery myself. I was been able to replace it and stop the beeping and eventually I got to sleep about 2:30 in the morning. I provided the front desk with a receipt of my purchase, and they said they provide it to the manager with the expectation of a refund I have yet to receive any communication directly from the manager even after multiple requests. And have yet to receive any form of credit especially for the purchase of the battery that I installed myself during the middle of the night so I was able to get to sleep. I honestly could not in good faith recommend this place.“
“Very cute restaurant with a decent view of the pool area and part of the beach. I don't if they were short staffed or what because the food took forever to come out and then it was lukewarm. The omelet was decent, nothing to write home about and the toast was cold with no butter.I did order food for pickup twice during our staying and both times that food was really good. I had lobster ravioli and potato wedges.“
“Papi Steak service staff was wonderful. Michael who was part of the wait staff was phenomenal. He brought amazing energy to our dinner and turned our night around. All requests were accommodated with gracious energy. As far as the food is concerned, the wagyu pastrami and truffle corn were incredible. Highly recommend! Overall turned out to be a great night out!“
“What a fun time we had here.. The tapas were spot on, with the croquettes nearly being as good as my wife's (had to say that as she may read this.. they were really very good). The mixed platter of Jamon, Chorizo Manchego queso etc perfectly accompanied the Estrella Cerbeza. Watching the interaction between the Jefe and his wait staff told me all I needed to know about the great vibes of the place. His little dances to music made for a very pleasant afternoon.“
