This is truly one of the worst apartments in Orlando. So many better options. Property is poorly maintained and management doesn’t care.

real, honest to whoever-you-believe-in, PHILLY CHEESESTEAK!! right down to the amoroso roll.. so tender.. so juicy.. so full of flavor.. i'm almost crying haha.. four years i've been looking.. found it!! had a lot of really good steak sandwiches in my quest, but this is the first i deem a true philly!! and then the tots!! i will ALWAYS pick tots over anything other than mashed.. (altho mash is usually--not always cuz sometimes you just want some buttery f**king mash--entree dependent..) crispy, salted just right, i would call then platonic (if you don't know plato's philosophy on 'ideal' you need to read more).. listen y'all, i hate south beach, but monday is a good night for a venture.. it's inside/ part of 'lost weekend'.. for some reason it DOES NOT show up on yelp search.. qua?? i will 100% be coming back for my philly phix!!

Sat at the bar and all we could smell was garbage. Like they hadn't cleaned off their counter tops where the bar mats sit. Saw 2 drinks poured with bugs either in the drink itself or in the ice. They had pool tables and a couple games, so that part was cool, but I'd never go back.

Best bartender we've encountered in a LONG time! Carlos serves the entire bar himself, which says a lot as it's packed each night! He's fast, his drinks are awesome & he's incredibly personable! He's fair in his "round the bar" serving attitude. He'll go in a circle around the bar, serving out-of-towners, as well as regulars, yet you never have to wait long for a drink. Fun atmosphere is a bonus! Drag night on Fridays is worth a trip to the Alibi too!
Best Philly Cheesecake in Florida? Well, I second that! Lived in Philly and I've had real cheese steaks, and Octavio at The Alibi just made this my favorite place to grab a cheese steak in Florida. The slogan doesn't lie! See Waleska for a drink and a smile.

This is the place I always seem to end up when in South Beach. Its like a little escape from the overpriced, tourist focused bland garbage that dominates the place. I can get a pitcher of beer and a solid meal for about 20 bucks and that's a real big win.
