Despensa Creative Cuisine

Having dined here last night, I can say for a fact that living in West, West, WestWest Kendall does not limit you to chain restaurants and basic food!I was in the area running errands, was hungry afterwards and noticed that Despenza was in the area. The wife and I saw this pop up on only in Kendall and decided to give it a try. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. Everything was AMAZING! We started off with the complimentary tortilla chips with queso and Spanish chorizo then had the Jibarito appetizer . Our mains were the picanha and pan seared salmon i seriously cannot say enough how amazing our food was. We hope to make this our new regular spot and try the rest of the menu.

The atmosphere alone was amazing as soon as you walk in you are greeted by the beautiful smiles and even more pleasing aroma and yes I’m talking about the food. The owner herself even came to our table greeted and ensured our service was of the highest caliber and boy she did not disappoint, the food clearly met my high standards of presentation and flavor profile as well. The staff and owner truly make this restaurant one of Miami’s truly hidden gems
