“I don’t know what’s up with the other reviews but I always order carry out online and I get great deals, the pizza is always ready to pickup in less than 10-15 minutes upon placing my order, and it’s always so good looking and delicious. Perfectly baked, perfectly spaced and generous toppings (I get Hawaiian), and just great in general. This domino’s, due to the amazing taste and low price of the pizza, makes me drive much further than my local Pizza Hut because it’s worth it.“

“This is an explanation to all of the people with negative comments about the customer service, delivery time, wrong address ect. We are one of the dominos in the city of Miami that gets really busy this time of year we are very understaffed…which means we don’t have enough personnel to give great service THATS not an excuse but it is a cause. I myself am an employee there and it’s very difficult to deal with too many things at ones. I get the concerns and the complaints but it all just kind of seems very one sided. You guys act like you have never worked in a fast food chain with much work we try our best to reach everybody’s concerns and we understand but you guys have to understand aswell. As for wrong addresses in delivery, I recommend that before you finish placing an order either through the app or online or even through the phone you should verify the address. Online it changes addresses especially if it’s not automatically put from being a regular customer so that’s an easier way to stop wrong addresses and misunderstanding from happening. Inside carry out customer service. That’s more than likely on a busy day because other than that our carry out employee go above and beyond to give great service to customers in the store. You can always ask and will receive customer is always right. Other than I apologize sincerely and if you have any comments or concerns you may come back again and ask for me. “Everyone who works here is an incredible worker and all of them should get raises.I've ordered every week and sometimes multiple times per week since moved here and there hasn't been a single mistake on the cooking or delivery.On the delivery part: Edgar, Myles and Leroy have never missed or delivered a cold pizza. “***** Updated Sunday, May 29th, 2022 *****As a Domino's customer since the 80's, I have experienced through out the years, service that ranges from Extremely Good, Excellent and Satisfactory , to Very Poor, Diminishing and Careles and rude...Earlier today, Manager Sandra was being very stingy about the 6 little packets of crushed red pepper I asked for, telling the other employee (but ensuring that I could hear her), to keep it at 1 packet per pizza??? I like pouring 2 to 3 packets per pizza, however, I had to give back the extra 3 little packets to avoid issues for the other employee. That's a very petty minded way of running a place if you ask me. Due to Sandra's Petty behavior today, she ruined all the other good impressions I had from past experiences with her. Sandra lacks consistency. Why make me feel bad for wanting to enjoy my pizzas extra spicy??? I hope Sandra is professional enough to treat me as the excellent customer I am the next time I visit this Domino's, and that she is able to take my honest feedback as the manager she is.But on a Positive Note, this Domino's still gets 5 Stars from me because of a wonderful and kind emoyee named Victoria, and I hope Victoria gets the recognition she deserves.I am very glad that employees like Victoria, make all the difference in The World when it comes to making people feel valued as customers.
