Busy drive thru. This store gets most of its business via Drive Thru. The lobby is almost always empty. Feels like this restaurant is always under staffed with employees busy and hurrying all the time. However when asked by clients they help nicely and well. The restaurant is clean. I have never seen the trash overflow.Parking tip, stay away from the small parking section on the side of the restaurant. Instead park in the shopping center parking in front of the store. Standard Taco Hell. Teen at the window couldn't understand me even though I spoke extra slow & loud. They messed up my daughter's order even though I repeated it several times & saw it on the screen. I wish we had other fast food Tex-Mex options in South Florida. ?

No problem with the food. However, they now installed an order kiosk, which takes 3x as long to order your food. They weren't taking anyone at the teller, instead funneling EVERYONE to the kiosk. Also, you had to be buzzed in, to use the bathroom. Ridiculous. The area is a good area, so this annoying. If you are in a rush to use it, you'll likely do it in your pants, before you can get in.
