This Taco Bell has been my go-to spot for over a decade, as the years progress the food service, customer service, and overall experience has declined severely. I had family go there and get food poisoning, enough to go to the hospital and remain on a new diet ever since to avoid further complications. The food was not well prepared, there was not even an attempt at decent presentation and the service was awful. We ordered a Cheesy Chicken Crispanada and got a Cheesy Roll Up instead. Honest mistake, right!When we went to the drive thru window to let them know, instead of just correcting the order, they started arguing that there had been no mistake. Night shift crew is wack. The guy taking in the orders seems to be in a hurry and the food is beyond tiny. More than usualLast time I went in the afternoon my Crunchwrap was smaller than my hand. I know shrinkflation is a thing but damn! I remember when they were bigger than this and costed way less
