Decent steakhouse. The margarita with passionfruit foam was really good. My filet was very tender. The skirt steak was very tough and had a lot of fat and tendon. So much so that my son couldn’t eat more than a few pieces. Service was ok from the support staff, but it was difficult to find our server and we had to ask a few times to send him to our table. Fantastic “pan-American” steak house at the Intercontinental Hotel. While their prices definitely aren’t for the feint of heart, their portions almost make up for it. We had their skewer, which lists for 2 people, but that would be a hearty two people. The meat was tender and cooked nearly to perfection. The vegetable side dish’s likewise were ample. The only minor issue IMO was the carrots were slightly over cooked.

Atmosphere was great and service was even better. I put a note in my open table order that we were celebrating our 20th anniversary. I never mentioned it again. They brought out a dessert and champagne for us. They made our evening so special?
