Wow. Amazing food. If you’re looking for a Peruvian restaurant look no further. This place was delicious, everyone was nice and attentive I will definitely be back and will recommend my friends and family to this restaurant.
El Fogon was really enjoyable. Better than most Peruvian restaurants in the area for certain. Absolutely the best Pisco Sour I have ever tasted, no lie, and i could've eaten a ton of the concha that was put out on the table. For anyone that has never had concha, it's basically dry roasted large kernel corn, and it's freaking amazing.As far as entrees, we stuck with traditional dishes and ordered Jalea and Lomo Saltado.
