I went with my family to Ihop and I was very surprised that the food and attention was impeccable!! Ms. Jennifer was really nice with us, she always had a smile on her face. After, we met with the chef Kal, and their manager Ms. Kathy.
miss carrie “cupcake” is such a gem! you can tell she really cares about the happiness and comfort of her guests. i’ve never had service from someone who exuded such an energy, especially at ihop! i feel as though from my other experiences with the company they make it difficult for the employees with understaffing them and having them work long unsavory hours. i’m sure this extends to her as well but she doesn’t show it at all! thank you carrie for making our day special...read full review

Stopped in at this IHOP on our way back to Palm Beach. We don't eat at IHOP where we live, the food is mediocre at best and the service is awful. This IHOP was immaculate, very clean. Had a server named Jennifer, she was amazing. Made sure our order was perfect, we asked for nothing. The food was delicious, service outstanding... we'd gladly make the drive to this IHOP.
