Not kidding, this was maybe the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The bread is baked fresh to order and is the perfect texture. Crunch but so soft and delicate at the same time. I had the Prosciutto di Parma and it was stellar. Incredibly savory prosciutto like I did not want to stop tasting it. Super fresh mozzarella and tomatoes like perfectly ripe. Vegetarian options: Veg options wonderful as are specials, all pasta, meat lovers options, and much more on a classically Italian delicious menu, supervised by the owner who welcomes guests personally and makes sure they are happy with their order while dining. I feel like I’m in Italy. One of my very favorite go to gourmet places at reasonable pricing.

We have been at Dolce and Salato numerous times. When we want a great lunch, this is the place to come to. We had the prosciutto do Parma with mozzarella and tomatoes (simply delicious) and the eggplant parmigiana sandwich which after a few hours since lunch, my husband is still talking about as the most flavorful and delicious sandwich ever. Salads were so fresh and tasty. Coffee….best in town! Well….CAN’T WAIT to go back!! Thank you!!
