Always good service but this one certain women working on sunday, November 5th at 7:15 always complains about the customers, as I'm eating inside I always hear her complaing about what the customer asks for, this just isn't this one day, everytime she is working, I hear the same thing, not very professional
I came here today and ordered half a dozen of donuts and a matcha latte and avocado toast. The lady who came up to us seemed to be in a bad mood but we started ordering. As a current worker at Dunkin I would never act like this towards a customer no matter how I felt. She kept forgetting what I wanted in my latte and had me repeat my self two times. I’m not one to leave reviews but there always happens to be something wrong with my order every time I come here. They also use old croissants and bagels. The only time I’ve gotten good service here is before 6:30 am. Avoid the 7- afternoon rush they don’t care. I worked at a busy dunkin location for 2 years it’s not hard especially with the amount of people they have working.
