They were very kind, gave us a soda, put extra meat, bacon and onions on my sandwich on the house, and let us keep the wrong sandwich. It was my first time there. The sandwich was good and the customer service topped it off. I will be coming here again. Thanks guys!“

“My first time here and as we all know, good sandwiches are hard to find in Naples. I was skeptical because Primo is a chain, but the menu looked awesome. So for my first trip, I ordered the Chicken Suprimo. Breaded chicken cutlets, with fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers. I added on oil and vinegar and hot cherry peppers ?. As you can tell, it's definitely a good size sandwich. The seeded bread was surprisingly good too! Let me tell you, this place is legit. The menu is huge too! I devoured this sandwich without coming up for air. I highly recommend and I will be back soon !“
