I just waited half an hour for a small frosty. No one bothered asking why I was standing and waiting at the counter, the dining room has obviously never been cleaned, this was the worst restaraunt experience, The screen with the orders had my order in waiting for 15 minutes, then it sat in ready for another ten minutes, and it wasnt at the counter, then it just left the screen entirely, and I waited 5 minutes to be served before I just left. My order experience what's okay, My food was OK however I watch someone who went through drive through to order food something was wrong and it took 20 minutes for them to get their food which made me realize I will never use drive through for this
