I use the BK app to get points and discounts. I gave the cashier ( didn't get her name)my order and then showed her my discount code. She rudely stated that I needed to show her the code before placing my order, and proceeding to ramble on about how she had to get the key to correct this. No one ever told me this and I use my app all over SW Florida. If thst is the correct way, it could've been relayed to me in a better way. If this food was for me, I would've left without ordering....read full review
I love Burger King but the gal that took my order was not listening to what I was ordering so I ordered a Double Whopper with onion rings and a Sprite with no ice guess what I got the Double Whopper of course how can you miss that up but then I got French fries and I had to swap them out for onion rings and then I got a Sprite with a butt load of ice and she had to dump the whole thing out what a waste why don't people listen it just drives me bananas next time I'm just going...read full review
