Ordered #9 sandwich. Wanted to try THAT sandwich. Expect to be asked which bread, but after that I had to request each item, except the meat.. I kept looking back at menu board to see what topping was recommended fur THAT sandwich. Didn't understand why the young man couldn't make e the sandwich as designed in this new sandwich campaign.So my #9 sandwich wasn't what was advertised and wasn't I had hoped for.. Almost, but I wasn't prepared to do all the work.Would have been better...read full review
Employees here are amazing and friendly. They always have my order ready and right every time I do a mobile order. Wonderful service. Wish i could give more stars!! Store is always clean.

The food was great but how can you mess up a sub? The staff kept looking at the menu board to see what was in the sub. They were slow and not really friendly. I could not hear them talking to me over the counter as they spoke so softly. Honestly they seemed unqualified to be in customer service. The girl making my sandwich literally took her time placing the meats and cheeses and fixing them over and over. I wanted to whistle loudly just to wake them up!
