“Clean, friendly place. I found the food to be just okay. It was not bad I just prefer a different style of Hunan. They do give you plenty of food and the prices are reasonable. They have 4 tables with 4 chairs each. It is easy to find and a short walk from the parking spots.“
“Ordered take out over the holidays in December and I was super pleased with the food from China Chef. Potstickers/dumplings were very flavorful. I asked for extra sauce, which was provided. The shrimp fried rice was the bomb and it was enough for about 3 meals! Same for the vegetable fried rice. I loved the veggies and they were PERFECTLY cooked! I would recommend take out if you're craving Chinese“
“Thursday for lunch my Son and Daughter-in-law and my wife and I went to China Buffet at 4411 Aidan Ln, North Port. It is one of my favorites in the area. It is easy to get to and the place is always kept clean and fresh. And I noticed that the inside has all been re-done and looks totally different than it did a few years ago in an older picture I had. The food is excellent and it is a good value when eating out. I spent less for our party of four than my wife and I alone paid at another venue. The staff is always friendly and they promptly take away your used dishes when you are finished. The parking is plentiful and it is easy to get to.One thing I love about a buffet in general, but particularly about this buffet, is that the food is fresh, tasty and you can get whatever your heart desires. I like getting a little of the huge variety that they have available. This time when we went, they even had a whole section with American foods. Pizza, Fried chicken, Apple Pie, Ice Cream, etc. Great place to go! If you have not gone there, I would urge you to try it out. You will be happy you did!“
“Ordered the house Special Wonton Soup, very good full of chicken shrimp pork and Wonton. The sliced roast pork appetizer had a delicious sauce. I had the shrimp with Chinese vegetables pretty good, the pork fried rice was a disappointment very starchy gummy. Pork egg rolls were excellent not greasy. Husband had General Tso's chicken it was very tasty.“
“How have I lived in North Port for nearly five years and never been to iAsia? This is a small and modest place. It's nothing fancy but super clean. You order and pay at the counter and they will bring your food to the table you choose. The servers were cordial and helpful and the food was fantastic!! This is the best Asian food I have had since living in Florida. We will definitely visit again!“
“I have been going to China Palace for years. I have NEVER had to wait for my delicious, hot, perfectly cooked orders and the time given as when to pick up has always been correct. well, unless I count the time when hurricane Irma hit us directly as hurricanes seem to do to North Port and every single store and restaurant closed for at least a week, even the ones that did not lose their power. I live 2 miles from China Palace and every store in their complex remained closed for days EXCEPT China Palace. My home had no power for 9 days-we ran out of food with no hope to buy more. Out of desperation, I drove around, looking for anyplace open. There was only one, China Palace. I did wait 2 hours to get my order because the line of hungry people was so long. But the owners worked non-stop to cook and get out the orders. They tried to close at 10 pm but the line was still very long so those wonderful people kept working for I don't know how long. I left after 10 pm with my hot delicious order and the line was as long as ever. The owners and workers deserved medals for fulfilling the needs of many hungry folks. Since that time I have ordered their authentic Chinese cuisine and have never been disappointed. My daughter who lives in Southern California and has traveled to China and other parts of Asia can't wait to have dinner from China Palace when she visits. she says it is the best she has ever had, anywhere. if I could give China Palace 10 stars, I would. Great food, compassionate owners and staff.“
“I'm leaving five stars because negative reviews are often irrelevant and hurt the reputation of a business unfairly. This evening I called ahead to inquire about outdoor seating with a dog. The employee put me on hold to find out and informed me outside was dog friendly. When we arrived the hostest informed me they don't serve outside.I won't beat this business up with a bad review. I can try their food if I don't have my dog with me. I'm not sure I will.“
“We just discovered Koi and it's already our new favorite place! The food is really delicious, the service was wonderful, and the portions were perfect. We have both dined in and ordered to go and it's always been great! We highly recommend this restaurant!“
“Dined here with old friends (their choice). The place was clean with no notable above average features and located in a strip mall next to a Walmart. The buffet was well attended to with the normal large buffet wide selection. Foods were hot enough and the area was policed often. The sushi station was ok but only 1/2 were marked so if you do not know what they are you could get a very spicy surprise. Fresh ginger root and homemade wasabi was good.“
“Decided to give this place a try knowing Christmas and couldn't have been more pleased. They were slammed but my order was still done by the promised time and it was fresh and tasty. I ordered cheese wontons and they were out so they called and gave me a couple extra egg rolls. I will absolutely be back.“
