The Ultimate Caterer and more importantly Alan Perl not only met our high expectations but they far exceeded them. Alan & his team brainstormed with us and delivered a a true “ plan of action”, a vision of what could actually be achieved. I ordered from their empanada flash sale on Saturday… What a special treat! The empanadas were perfect. What an amazing combination of flavors they produce! My favorite was the short rib and the artichoke! As curious as I was about the Mac and cheese empanada… It was awesome! If anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area needs catering, I would completely recommend this place! Also, check out their flash empanada sales on the weekends!

Placed a take out order for a dozen empanadas and WOW! They were amazing! They gave us a brownie/nutella empanada on the way out the door and it was so good we were tempted to turn aroung and get more. Glad we placed the order and will definitely go back!
