Many of the games didn't work. Some rude kids just pushing other kids away from machines. Very few staff available, the amount of tickets is ridiculous for the amount of what you can use the tickets for, my grandson had over 500 tickets and got two things of junk items. The girl behind the counter didnt ever calculate the amount she said your done with getting these two junk items. Extremely loud in the place. We celebrated my daughters 5th birthday here (her first real birthday party) and we all had a blast. Natalie was our server and she was on top of everything. She checked in with us frequently and was so sweet to my daughter.

I loathe children, but had to go to a birthday party. So, begrudgingly, for what it is. The food is better than expected, the servers were good, they do have beer to take your mind off all the children.
