Customer service has been poor at this location. There’s always a long line and nobody is available to ask for help. To me though, I don’t mind these issues as long as my order is correct. I ordered the pick 2 with soup and mac. When I got my tray from the counter I noticed there was barely any mac in my bowl. Good Food. Soup stayed hot through to the last bite. Everything has been Fresh, second time here. No waiting, customer service fast, seemed flustered though at customers taking time to order. No one smiled. I felt rushed. I wanted to order a few other things but didn't want to bother the person at the register. There was no line and no one behind me. So I don't know what that was about. Panera bread offers good eating with an emphasis on their baked goods. Their salads and sandwiches, coffees, good Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor seating. If your regular there's a coffee club to save on your daily or weekly coffees. They have an app so you can order ahead. My only "even better if" is the availability of more low carb alternatives.
