Bucket List Item - This little restaurant is located inside the Okeechobee Livestock Market (Live Cattle Auction) - yes while the kitchen is flipping some of the most juiciest flavorful 1/2 pound burgers that you'll ever bite into cowboys wrestle live cattle through the chutes into the auction pen where they are shown off and sold to the highest bidders. I have eaten burgers all over the country Boston, new York, Chicago, Iowa, Colorado, Minneapolis, Tennessee, Washington D.C., you name it and only one other burger holds next to this one!
