What a Horrible experience. I stopped at this location at approximately 11 am on June 13, 2023. Since there was no chicken visible in the warming trays I inquired and received this response from the associate: “We have chicken for $1000 per piece, how many would you like?” Since I was in no mood for stupid jokes, I ignored her and proceeded to order a three-wing dinner.About five minutes later she informed me that no white meat would be available for another 20 minutes. I asked why that information wasn’t shared FIVE MINUTES AGO. She brought her what I would assume was the manager or at least marginally more informed than the cashier. This woman was absolutely rude and condescending. I can’t believe that she could not offer an apology or some kind of incentive to try to pacify the situation.Needless to say, I requested a refund, which was not a pleasant experience. This used to be a really good location, but since it’s changed to a corporate store, it seems nobody cares about customer satisfaction. I will not return, there are many other options.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I sat at the drive thru for 4 min. No answer. Pulled to window. 2 employees look at me but don't come to the window. Finally order and I am told they r out of wings. I was asked to pull forward. 20 min later still waiting. I had to come inside. My order wasn't even started. Waited another 12 min inside. As I'm standing waiting I can see chicken wings under the heat lamp. Got home and don't have all of the biscuits that should be in there. Absolutely awful experience.

This was our first time enjoying Bojangles as we don't have them in our area. I will say that they definitely love up to the hype! The chicken was hot and fresh, the restaurant clean, and the staff was super friendly!! Last but certainly not least were the biscuits, the biscuits were so amazing ?. I can't speak highly enough about this place.

I hate to share my awesome experience because it might get busy next time I visit. Dinned in with my family of 5 and felt like a restaurant and not a fast food joint. Half of the order was delivered by this nice lady to our table. I wonder why people choose to be on a Popeye's drive thru for 45 min instead of this Bojangles awesome food?

Came in on Easter Sunday between 3-4pm. It wasn't too busy. I know I just recently did a review on their breakfast, but I had to update again on how good my dinner was. Every item on my plate was so hot I had to blow on it. THAT is how I want my food served all the time LOL! Hot and fresh! There was a very nice elderly lady who brought my food out to me. I really need to remember to get names so I can give credit where it's due. And I must say that about a year ago l had bad experiences here and the food was not good and the workers back then were rude, but i decided to give them another chance because I do love this place. I'm glad to see a year later they've made some changes and are doing a lot better. I had a great experience the last few times I've been here and will definitely come back!

The fried chicken was fried extremely hard. It took a while about 2 minutes before I was acknowledged, and I was the only customer. The cashier however was friendly.

Talk about expensive, let's talk about Bojangles. Now I know why there is never any cars in the parking lot or drive-thru, nobody can afford to eat there. Now the food was good. The crew could be a little more informed about the products they are selling but they definitely produced good customer service. Good luck with getting customers in the door with those prices.

The line was long and kinda slow, but its understandable. Most of the food is fried and that can take time. But other than that it was fantastic. I love being able to get breakfast all day. Not everyone does that.

I call ahead frequently to order Boberry biscuits to surprise my coworkers. Everyone was is always so nice and accommodating. They even give extra plates and forks to use. Keep up the good work and thanks for always being so friendly.

Besides being cold, food tasted ok. Delivery driver asked about drinks and they told him didn't come with drinks. Ordered 2 extra chicken breasts and didn't receive those either
