I participate in firehouse rewards, so placing in app orders are convenient. I have dined in and picked up at this location. I love firehouse subs, but I feel like the temperature has been off the last couple times whether hot or cold. This time I got my birthday sub for free, and also ordered a soup combo, chips and a birthday sprinkle cookie. I ordered my sub with extra toasted bread and cold meat to eat tomorrow. When we arrived, we were the only customers in the place. The cashier was VERY thorough and double-checked our order for me and my husband. I asked for EXTRA chopped pickles on my sub and for extra pickles on the side. No sense of urgency from any of the employees. They all seemed to be concentrating on what was playing on their earbuds. It took over 20 minutes to get my sandwich and they were out of pickles. HTF can a sandwich shop be out of pickles? And I'm sorry, the price for what you actually get is just not worth it.
