I went on a Saturday night 3/30/24 and I stood in front of the hostess desk for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me. I decided to get take out and as I was waiting for my food I noticed four more people comein and leave without anyone coming to the desk to assist them. I’m not sure if it was a busy night, if the hostess left two hours before closing, or if they are short staffed but that’s definitely how you lose business.
Lauren B is an absolute gem!!! Prompt and personal service. I was having a rough day, and her energy and kindness made me feel better. I'll be requesting her next time I eat here.

The Chicken and Peanut sauce with Soba was okay BUT…. My boyfriend and I went here and 10/10 on atmosphere, 10/10 on food and DRINKY-Drinks. The server was great and the whole experience was actually more pleasant than I expected.The brisket burger he got was sooooo goood! Highly recommend! The flight of drinks was more than generous in alcohol.DEFINITELY going back!!!!

Bjs has always been family fave . When it was time to pay we asked if they had Apple Pay . We normally pay with card but with a stolen wallet there’s only so much options you have . They promoted us to pay online . Unfortunately our receipts didn’t have the QR code that they said to pay online with since they do not offer Apple Pay . By the way this entire dialogue is being held between the host and us ,due to our server dropping the ticket off with no QR code & not coming back . 1 hour later from attempting different methods due to their “website not working “, a manager came . The manager told us “unfortunately you can’t always depend on technology so you need to provide me with another form of payment right now “ no form of empathy, friendly-ness was given. She then decided she’ll do it manually . We proceeded to give her the card information . She asked us “and are you not leaving any tip”. I proceeded to speak up informing her that unfortunately that our experience here with the service was horrible . We have been standing for 1.5 hours at the front attempting to pay . She then proceeded to attempt to engage in a back n forth on why we should tip. Not even an “I’m sorry for this inconvenience “. Never going back to this location . Horrible management . As a server , the sign says “now hiring “ it needs to say “need training “.
The chicken and the sliders were OK. I got the house salad with Caesar dressing. It was good. I wish chicken had more meat. The sliders were kind of dry. The bartender was very nice and professional.

Ordered a five meat shareable deep dish got a Detroit style supreme.I asked the manager for a new pizza the one I received I did not touch just looked at it it was all wrong and he gave me so much attitude and then refused to help out.

Honestly, a frustrating experience. Waited the 45 minutes for our table (makes sense! We had a group), but then waited 20 minutes for someone to come to our table, put drink orders in and those took 45 minutes to come, put our food orders in and it took 1 hour. We didn't get refills at all, didn't get certain ordered things, and honestly it was a miss. We loved BJ's, but for a Tuesday night that was not busy, we were extremely frustrated with our servers lack of awareness and attention, and with the amount of time we spent in there.

my parents and i went for lunch. We shared 3 appetizers. They where the chip and dip trio, the mac and cheese bites, and the tuna poke . all three where very good . a little sad we didnt get the spinach dip that was supposed to come with the chip trio they where out of it when we went. but was able to replace the missing dip with a double of one of the others. but yeah other then that everything was very good. our waitresses ( i forgot her name but she was new there said this was he 5th day working) was absolutely amazing and so sweet! she was on the ball with everything we needed. will definitely come back!Parking: the parking lot is a bit small. so depending on when u go it may be hard to park.
