It is nice to find a locally run in independent Italian restaurant in the greater Orlando area. The food is well prepared. The service is excellent. I have planned dinners at this restaurant with mini guess and they never disappointed me starters and desserts.

After a full day at SeaWorld, our dinner experience was the perfect finale. The pasta with ribs and truffle oil was an absolute delight, marrying tender ribs with rich truffle flavor, creating a symphony of taste. And the tiramisu? Simply perfect – each bite a heavenly blend of creamy mascarpone and delicate ladyfingers, leaving us longing for more. A culinary journey worth savoring, making our SeaWorld visit even more memorable.

Food was OK. We ordered bruschetta and it needed salt. The Caesar salad was very small for a $14 salad. One of the members of our party ordered the chicken parmigiana and the presentation was not aesthetically pleasing; the chicken was on one side of a huge plate and the spaghetti was on the other side in a lump. The sauce lacked flavor. The waiter who served us initially was in a ‘rush in rush out mode' to the point of being rude. In the middle of our meal another waiter took over and he was much better.

We have been there many times however we were disappointed with our last trip. We feel it's over priced for what you get. Sorry about leaving this review but you need new items at more affordable prices!

We've been coming to Ciao Italia for many years on our visits to Orlando. Everything was very good aside from the ambiance. Unfortunately, our table was surrounded by very young diners (infants & toddlers) which made the noise level a detriment to our experience. Before being seated, we asked to be moved to another table, however the “adult” side of the restaurant was set up for larger parties, so they were unable to accommodate our request, despite the fact that those tables remained unoccupied throughout our visit. Skipped dessert on my birthday because of those reasons. Will eat here again, food is always good, but likely will do carry-out next time.

With the exception of the salmon, which was average, the other 9 meals our party had were exceptional. The caprese salad and bruchetta were also really good, and the chocolate cake was delicious.

Ciao Italia was recommended by the starter at the golf course. It was excellent. Home cooked Italian dishes; generous portions; friendly and efficient service. Don’t miss the limoncello cake. Best dinner we had in Orlando. Highly recommend.

Had a business meeting there. It was a full house and the noise level was quite high. It was a bit loud for the business meeting but the food and service was fantastic. The wine was on point, and we did not feel rushed. I'd go back with my family but maybe consider somewhere else for a business meeting. Still a great restaurant.

It was too late for me to eat a full meal here, but I had a very good glass of wine and a shrimp Caesar salad. It was good and the service and atmosphere was very good. I will have to visit again when I have more time.

Overall the food is good and the staff is welcoming! I would not order the sauteed calamari...not good. We had to send it back! Also, dessert at $11 is way overpriced. I will go back but will be careful about what i order.

Good wine, great service, ok meals. The salad was quite good, with a strong anchovie taste. But, the Bolognese was bland. We will not go back. Prices were reasonable and meal probably better than most hotel restaurants.

Nice restaurant but food was disappointing. Veal was tough, calamari was awful. The highlight of the meal was the bread and the reasonably priced wine list. I would pass and go to their affliated restaurant - Vincenzo's. I had a much better experience there.

Save your receipt!! They added an extra number 1 in front of my $2 tip, making it a $12 tip! I had a very long wait time for initial service, they never came around for a 2nd glass of wine, I ended up finishing my dinner with my glass of water, I waited longer again for the bill. I left only $2 due to poor service. On my credit card statement the tip was changed to a $12. I'm currently disputing the charge. ** Hold onto your receipt until the charge has been posted to your card.
