I must say that, though this location is a little bit out-of-the-way for me, sometimes I plan to have extra time so I could stop in to grab my favorite food and drink from this location. I went to Dunkin' Donuts a few weeks ago for my morning breakfast and coffee. Since it was a mobile order, I came in to pick it up and then left. Unfortunately, the coffee lid was not sealed correctly, causing it to spill all over my clothes. Additionally, the donut was placed face down with something on it, making it unsuitable for consumption.I promptly called and spoke with Luna, the manager in charge, to inform her about the incident. The cashier was very nice . But there was some one touching other people's food and I really didn't like that . They need to have more control on which orders belong to who so others don't touch every one food or bags.
