Inez the cashier did a great job. She was the only one on register. Proud of her for staying polite and in good spirits even after the gentleman coworker, tall and blonde, wasn't being quite nice. He kept calling things out to her but was coming off as a jerk and other customers in the line also noticed.
Came across a review by Daniel Rios giving them 1 star because he was expecting the crew to cut his bagels before other orders.I thought maybe I respond to the review since the management team have restrictions on how they respond!For the part you were expecting them to cut your bagels before they serve the tickets for people in front of you, I have to say crying Daniel, you are so lucky I wasn’t in the place.
