Stopped by for a quick lunch. Ordered a modelo lunch#6 and asked for a shot of el jimador tequila which os on a lower end as far as pricing goes. The lady pours 1oz shot which is fine. Get my tab. Issue #1 i got charged for anejo while she poured reposado. Issue #2 $14.99 for 1oz shot?! I should have been told when everytbing else is cheap. Issue #3 i was never asked if i want blanco, reposado or anejo. They automatically charged for the most expensive one. Called the restaurant after calming down a bit. The manager was as helpful as a chair in the middle of the field. Never going back

Excellent food everything we had was hot, fresh and tasted delicious. The service was prompt and friendly, our food came out very quickly. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
Very disappointing. The ground beef in my burrito had absolutely no flavor or seasoning. The red sauce tasted like it came from a can of Chef Boyardee spaghetti. One small burrito with bean/rice and a coke set me back $15. There are several far better Mexican options in Orlando. I was at the Conway location

We’ve always been customers of El Potro, and have enjoyed their food and their service, but this one Saturday we stopped for a quick lunch, and as we walked in, we thought the restaurant was closed since all lights were turned off and there was no background music playing. We were seated and when we asked why lights were off and no music on, the server said that the owner didn't allow them because the staff could play music he doesn't like. Only after the owner walked in, the lights and the music came on. The food and service were good. To the owner: atmosphere means a lot in the dining experience. Natural light doesn't cut it Spend the resources available and empower your teams, sir.
