I love trying out different meal plans and found Fit Life to be excellent. The taste and variety of their foods is awesome. I was able to go to the store and pick up a wide selection to try out. I was concerned the freshness will go away after a few days but it did not. Taste delicious!
The Dr. Philips Fitlife Foods location is amazing. I love the food choices and quality.Salma is so attentive, friendly and helpful. Every time I visit and she is working, not only does she assist me but I feel like I am visiting an old friend.I also love the tray return recycle rewards program. Thank you!

I have used other meal delivery services in the past, but have much preferred fitlife! The fact that you can pickup the meals from an in store location makes the meal seem much fresher and also way less packaging waste. I also like how they offer various portion sizes. The place is very clean and the staff is awesome, especially Gabby!
