The sushi rolls that we all ordered were really good. Sake bombs and plum don't wine were really good. Chicken wings were disappointing, no crisp, no color, mushy skin, but they were cooked all the way through.
This is a hidden gem inside Universal. The beer and rolls are decently priced and excellent! Staff was polite! I'll be back next time around. I had the crunchy crab. I bought one and went back for a second to bring to the room for later.

We waited for a LONG time for our food at Fusion Bistro, and in the end it was not worth it. They forgot to include ginger and wasabi in the order, which I specifically asked for, and the sushi was mediocre. We didn't even finish it, as one of the rolls was topped with a thick, goopy layer of some kind of spicy mayo.
