Danny and Cristiana were so attentive and friendly and went above and beyond for us during our stay. Great friendly faces with great attitudes. Would definitely recommend staying here with such helpful people working.

Highly recommended and the staff will help however you need! I went to universal for the day and this hotel is the perfect design to get you in the mood for Harry Potter world, not to mention it’s a gorgeous comfortable room. They have really good coffee as well!

Castle is a great hotel for a weekend outing! Nicely redone, unique appearance and decorations makes it stand out from the rest! From the manager Ariel very responsive to my prior arrival emails and the front Desk Danny excellent customer service. Danny is great he accommodate us with all our needs and assist me in all my request! Employees like him are what makes the difference! Way to go Marriott! You guys have a great asset on him! Hotels rooms are remodeled and very clean! Have a good restaurant and bar on site if you are platinum or titanium members you will get your usual certificates to use them. Breakfast is a buffet in the morning but they should consider having a simple a la Carte menu as well. Ask for Patricia nice young lady eager to serve you. Pool area is great very relaxing and inviting green areas to relax and it have a pool bar as well. Location is great short straight drive to Universal for the rest of the park is not a bad drive neither. Right next to the famous International Drive attractions and restaurants.

I just spent a week at the Castle Autograph hotel in Orlando and loved every minute of it! Location is great, rooms were clean, towels were always replenished, Starbucks coffee was always ready…. But what makes this hotel stand out more than any other hotel experience before, is the OUTSTANDING staff!!! The customer service was, hands down, top notch! Friendly, Informative, kind and beyond helpful!!!! If you ever stay here and have the opportunity to chat with Joe (best doorman ever), you’re in for a treat!!

Kudos to the staff at the Castle Hotel. During our stay for a hiring event, the entire staff was beyond accommodating. From Robert, the bartender who was such a pleasure, to Roberto our chef who made amazing lunch and dinners for our entire team during our stay.

I took my daughter and her daughter to the castle hotel in Orlando and we enjoyed our stay. The room and staff were above par. Having a baby can be stressful but they made it so enjoyable and we had an amazing time. I’m always looking for an adventure especially since my daughter has a baby only 4 months old. We are limited but we all enjoyed our stay. We walked to icon park and visited the aquarium and madam Tussaud’s. Perfect location and amazing staff. Amazing customer service by all staff members.
I like it here, excellent food & service. Looking forward to coming back with my relatives. Bring your hunger - portions are filling. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I loved.
