Our dining experience at Gyu-Kaku was made truly special by our server, Dina. She was exceptionally attentive, ensuring our grilling experience was seamless and enjoyable. Dina’s recommendations, particularly the marinated meats, were spot on. Her friendly demeanor and professional service greatly enhanced our meal. Definitely looking forward to our next visit, and hoping to have Dina as our server again!

Good food but these are not Japanese food. They are Korean bbq. Galbi is also Korean marinated meat.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped through the door, the ambiance was inviting, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The star of the show, of course, was the food. The selection of meats and vegetables for grilling was impressive, and each dish was fresh and flavorful. Whether it was the perfectly marbled wagyu beef or the succulent seafood options, every bite was a delight to the taste buds. The interactive grilling experience added an extra layer of fun to the meal, making it a memorable dining experience.I also have to commend the exceptional service provided by the manager. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that every guest had a fantastic dining experience was evident throughout the meal. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel valued as customers.Overall, my visit to Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ exceeded all expectations. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and vibrant atmosphere made for an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend Gyu-Kaku to anyone looking for a fantastic Japanese BBQ experience.

Let me start off by saying this place is so good It is delicious but for those that don't understand the menu you get owe so many choices but four pieces come per choice So if you order spring rolls you're getting four spring rolls if you order steak you're getting four slices if you order chicken you're getting four slices.. The only thing that comes one per piece is like rice or soup.. but oh my God it is so good and so fun it's a good conversation dinner idea or just like a good time however the waitresses don't educate you on the fact that not everyone has to order the all you can eat.... And that was a bummer to find out as long as somebody orders food off the menu one person can order the all you can eat ... So just me and my husband didn't know that and we spent $160 just in the all you can eat. When he could have ordered an entree and I could have ordered all you can eat or vice versa and that would have been enough for both of us. But all around delicious The only thing that I will say is that for the most part you will be sitting 2 ft from the next table or booth And there is no separation so we sat next to a midlife first date that was very awkward not on our part but on their part because it wasn't going so well for them and we had to sit there and listen to the awkwardness.... Just saying if you're going to charge that much to sit down and eat maybe put up plexiglass. Or some decorative partition pony wall. Something would be better than that. But all around good restaurant loved it would definitely go again one of my better favorite experiences for a date night!!!!!

Horrible experience. Food was okay but they tried everything wasting your limited 90 minutes eating time. The highest heat for oven is decent low heat, the meat takes 15 minutes to get cooked. The services is bad and the Asian waitress would not coming to get your order. She’d slap the plate on you just because we complained a little bit about the waiting time. At this point I don’t know if I was serving the waitress or she was serving me.Most important, the Asian waitress and the Asian manager were rude speaking, acting, and rushing us to go when time is up, even when we were still not full. The service fee was also mandatory 18%, I guess that’s why they were not serving us bcs they will get the tips anyways.

The racist Asian lady/manager is extremely rude and fake when serving Asian customers. The server for our table was also an Asian woman and her service attitude gradually fades as we order more for our time-limited AYCE. Also, she forgot our food order multiple times and we couldn’t find them anywhere to remind them. They just wanna push you to eat less in the 90-minute window , not to mention the constant low heat of the griller. It’s just a horrible dining experience here. Will not come again.

Brought my whole family here and everybody enjoyed what they got, even my almost 2 yr old toddler. We ordered spicy chicken and pork gyoza dumplings for appetizer and it's delicious. The Tonkatsu Ramen I ordered is a little salty to my taste. My husband loved his Spicy Ramen. The little one had a child meal that didn't require grilling. The restaurant offers bbq and I definitely agree that its worth trying. We didn't do it because our little one is hangry =).The best thing I ordered is the green tea tiramisu with vanilla ice cream, this is amazing! No high chair available but they have booster seats that some of the straps are broken. Wish they work on this points.Troy and Thao worked well together to serve our table and did a great job.I suggest you reserve table before coming here as it go busy quickly to avoid waiting in line. We came here at 5pm on a weekday and it's quiet busy already.Parking is available for free infront of the restaurant.Parking: Dedicated guest parking right infront of the restaurant.

I cannot praise them enough, because our experience was wonderful! Everything was so fresh, service was attentive and helpful but not overbearing. They have plenty of vegetarian and even vegan options. The ambiance is excellent! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience :)
